• Book your hair and makeup as soon as you book your shoot.

  • Shave or wax a few days prior to avoid irritation of skin.

  • Get a tan for your shoot. Tan skin looks better on camera.

  • ·Get a lot of sleep.

  • Do not be hungover, no refunds.

  • Pack bag before the day of the shoot.

  • Nails: polished look is better. I suggest getting them done or doing them if you can.

  • Be on time, if late it cuts into your shoot.

  • No waist trainers within 24 hours of shooting.

  • Have fun and relax!

  • Gold paint shoots: no lotion or deodorants (prep skin like you are about to tan).

  • I suggest doing messy shoots only after your show and not within one week of spray tanning. (Your PH balance can be altered, and you can ruin your tan for your show)

  • Post-show shoots:

    • Let your coach know you have a shoot the next day.

    • I suggest shooting the day after your show if you are competing. This will often be your best look.

    • Do not eat like it’s the last supper the night prior. I can help with editing, but you don’t want to ruin your hard work before capturing it.
